2 Tbls yogurt( I use goat’s yogurt due to my cow’s milk allergy) this is my fave and a little bit runnier than regular yogurt, the perfect consistency for dressing
1 Tbls balsamic vinegar
1 Tbls fresh OJ
1 Tbls honey
Combine ingredients and whisk away! I used this dressing with my spinach salad. Add something a little sweeter like fresh orange or pomegranate to the salad to compliment the dressing. The pomegranates are incredible right now and even on sale at most grocery stores as they are in season. Hate peeling pomegranates? This is the way to go.
